Musical ''Abroad''.

In this play there were a lot of characters, the mains were Marta, that had brown hair and eyes, she was tall and she was mearing a striped shirt and jeans, Jose, who had black eyes and hair and was wearing a scarf, a sweater and jeans, Macarena, she was wearing a t-shirt and black trousers, the weiter, who wore the uniform of his restaurand and had fair hair and dark ayers, and Lucía, who had blonde straight hair and green eyes, she was wearing a mini-skirt and a pink t-shirt.

This play is about a group of spanish friends that go to look for work out of their country, the go to Liverpool. They all are different but they have the same difficulties, and  they try a lot of times to have a job together, they know a lot of new people, and some bad people that cheat them, but they, finally, keep away to the truth.

I think it was a very good play, I like it a lot. My favourite character mas the weiter, he was really funny.

My favourite clothes.

What are your favourite clothes? I have got four! I've got a comfortabe black and white pyjama, I always feel warm with it. I've algo got some green trousers, they are cool, so I wear them for school. I've go a black pair of shoes that are always in, I wear the all weeks. The last fashion item is my blue sweater, it is very comfortable and sensible. I wear it when I need to do sport.

My dream comes true.

When I was little, I always wanted to have a pet.
One day, I was going to my village and when we arrived, me founded a little sparrow in a corner, that had fallen from his nest,  I started to give him food with my family, and when we needed to return to Málaga, we decided to took the bird with us.
He grew up, so other day we decided to live him free in our village. We go there and we opened the door of his birdcage, and he went away, so I was very sad.
Some hours later I was playing with my brothers and I felt like something was in my head, it was the sparrow! (now called Pipo), and he stayed all day with us, in our shoulders and heads. We decided to took him with us again, he cames to Málaga, and he was always flying in our hause.
When he was three years and a half old, he died, but my dream cames true!

Málaga's English Cemetery.

This cemetery has vertical burials and here were buried catholic people.
We can find a lot os nationalities like British, Spanish, Italian, French, Colombian...
It's open from Montays to Saturdays at 9:30/14:00 and at Sundays at 10:00/13:00.
The cemetery is mainteined financially through the contribution from members of the public.
The name of the Church taht the cemetery has is St. Georges's Anglican Church.


In the cemetery Edward J. Norton, general consul of the USA, is buried.
In Dr Gerald Maurice Jewson's tomstone is written: 'Here lies a man forever kind, of getle, loving, noble mind, and through aour tears we all can see how God can live in you and me.


Robert Boyd was executed at the Playa de San Andrés, in 11 December 1831, for fighting for liberal ideas.

The cemetery was founded by William Mark.
The jobs of the four military men who died in the 1940s were: flying officer, wireless comander, air gunner and commander. 

Gerald Brenan is buried at the cemetery, he was a famous 'amigo de España' writer he was born in Malta, April 1894, he died in Alhaurin el Grande, 1987.
In the tombstone of Gerald Brenan wife we can find a quotation: 'Fear no more the heat of the sun', her name was Gamel Woolsey Brenan.

There is a canaidan couple buried together: Ethel Mabel and George Gordon. 
In Alfred Cecil Gee's tombstone is written a St. Augustine's quotation: 'That has greated us for myself and our heart cannot be guieted till it may find repose in peace'.

Thomas William, an English marter painter is buried in the cemetery, he lived in the 90th century.

Tips for a Healthy Life.

-For have a healthy diet you should eat:
   ·Most of all, carbohydrates like bread, pasta, or similars.
   ·You should eat the same amount of fruit, like watermelon, greaps or       banana as vegetables, like broccoli, tomatoes...
   ·You shuld eat a moderated amount of proteins, like fish and meat.
  · You shouldn't  eat a lot of fattering food, like oil, butter, cheese,             yoghurt, milk, cakes, desserts...

-Things you should do:
   Sport, because our bodies are a bit like a car. We need to keep          topping up our fuel levels, otherwise we run out of energy.
 The body gets its fuel (energy) from nutrients that can be found in food and  drinks.
 Nutrients help to provide the body with the fuel it needs to work properly and to  stay healthy.
 The body also needs water. Water is not a nutrient but it’s important that we  keep our water levels topped up, just like a car.

A Restaurant Review.

''La Scala''
Everybody is talking about this restaurant on Avd. Imperio Argentina.
La Scala is a traditional family italian restaurant. It has got everyone favourite Italian food, like four cheese pizza, lasagna with meat and spinach or a delicious garlic bread for starter. I love the italian pizzas and pastas, they can taste spicy, sour, salty... The restaurant has also got some delicious desserts and cakes. So the next time you want a good meal, go to La Sacale. It's open a very big part of the day.

Fernando de los Ríos's biography.

Fernando de los Ríos was born in Ronda, Málaga, the 8th December 1879, and he wasdeath in New York the 31st May 1949.

He was a political and Spanish writer. He was considered as one of the most important figures of the Spanish Socialist (though haghlighting his proposal for a humanisic socialism, from a non-re volutionaryperspective).  


He was orphaned at age of four, he studied at high school in Córdoba and after ending the studies, his family settled, in 1985, in Madrid, where he continued his studies at the Free Education Institution, directed by his uncle Francisco Giner de los Ríos.
In Madrid, he studied Law, where he was graduated in 1901. After it, he began his work as professor at the Free Education Institution. Then his doctorate in 1907, he obtained in 1911 the professorship at the University of Granada, where he was later professor of Federico García Lorca, the future poet and playwright, whith who he maintained a close friendship.
He was a socialist militant, deputy in the monarchy and Minister of the Secont Republic too.

Málaga's guide.


·Plants of the Málaga Parc

Phoenixdactylifera (Date palm)

Origin: West Asian and North Africa.

Description: The “Date palm” has a
slender trunk of 30 cm
in diameter. The bluish-green
 leaves form a crown.
The fruit has sweet edible
flesh, and it's an important
 food of several Arab.

Strelitzia reginae (Bird of paradise)
Origin: South Africa.
Description: Herbaceous plant that reaches one meter high. This plant produces beautiful flowers in which the brilliant orange petals contrast with its blue tongue.
It can be ground from seeds but is usually propagated by division.

Statue "Marqués de Larios"


This monument is dedicated to Manuel Domingo Larios. His major work for the social and urban protection of the city was the street that has his name.The Town Hall built a monument in his honor in 1899.
The statue represent the Marquis of Larios, the figure of a man with a apickaxe and a shavel, representing labour, and that of a half-naked woman who is offering a child to the Marquis of Larios.

Larios Street
The street is dedicated to Manuel Domingo Larios too. It is the most important street of Málaga.


Constitution Square
Is the most important square in Málaga. Since before Christianity, it had been the heart of the city and since the 15th century to the present day, it has been the city's public and political Space, par excellence. Until 1869, the Town Hall was located in this square, as were other official buildings such as the house of the Justice of the Peace, the prision, the Courthouse and the Jasuits school.

Alcazaba of Málaga


The Alcazaba is a palatial fortification.  It was built by the Hammudid dynasty in the 11th century.
Alcazaba are ruins of a Roman theatre dating to the 1st century BC, which are undergoing restoration. Some of the Roman era materials were reused in the Moorish construction of the Alcazaba.
